Bulkhead doors create an exit to the outside, or simply a doorway between rooms.
If trying to delete, be sure to delete the room or corridor it is attached to only AFTER deleting the door; or you'll be unable to delete the door.
If you fail at this; just place the corridor or room back where it was & try again.
