Blueprints are used to craft new technologies, products, and advanced chemical structures. Blueprints are not consumed during crafting process.
Upgrading your Exosuit, Starship, Multi-tool, or Exocraft capabilities (including Lasers, Projectiles and Grenades, and Scanning) are an important part of the game play.

📚

To craft from a blueprint, you require one free space in your inventory. When you click on an empty slot a window opens with a list of available blueprints. Any blueprint that installs or upgrades technology will disappear from their respective crafting category after installation. If dismantled, the related blueprint will show up again. For consumable items, players can craft as many as they want.

🧭

Blueprints can be found in a variety of places, including: Crashed Ships, Manufacturing Facilities, Operations Centres, Observatories, and Containers. Many blueprints may only be awarded through base building, and following Polo's path. Most of the game's blueprints can also be bought from the Space Anomaly for nanites or buried technology modules.
