The Frameshift Catapult is an alternative hyperdrive technology first introduced in Expedition 3: Cartographers.
It is a special alternative Hyperdrive on the player's starting starship.
During the Expedition, it needs to be repaired shortly after the player leaves the starting planet. Once repaired, it can be recharged with Warp Cells or a Warp Hypercore.
